Vanessa S. Goulet
Vanessa Goulet has been working in the legal industry for nearly 20 years, including several years in the area of family law. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, she received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies, maintaining honor roll status. While working full-time as a family law paralegal and law clerk, Vanessa attended law school as an evening student. During her time in law school, she was a Dean’s List student, a member of Moot Court Board, and received academic achievement awards in the areas of family law, youth law, real property, evidence, and taxation.
Vanessa was admitted to the practice of law in Nevada in 2015. Prior to forming Goulet Law, PLLC, Vanessa practiced in the areas of real estate, personal injury and construction defect litigation. She has also served as a pro bono volunteer attorney in the area of family law.

Kucher Zakholy grew up in San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and soon thereafter, decided to attend law school where she received awards for academic excellence in Torts II, Administrative Law and Legal Drafting, as well as recognition for 50 hours Pro Bono work.
During her time in law school, Kucher was the student manager for the Community Law Project at California Western School of Law, and interned with various non-profit organizations dealing with victims of domestic violence, elderly and low-income individuals. The bulk of her time was spent interning and clerking with the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office.
Kucher moved back to Nevada in 2019 and was admitted to the practice of law in Nevada in 2020.
Kucher is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, and volunteers her time as a pro bono family law and estate planning attorney.

Stephanie Forte has worked in the legal community for over five years in the fields of family law, probate, and guardianship. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Law and Justice, Stephanie received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Stephanie has worked as support staff in private practice firms in Washington, as well as having extensive experience as a former Deputy Court Clerk in Thurston County, Washington. Stephanie is the firm’s first point of contact, and is a valuable asset to the team!
